Do not waste your time. This office will take 35 minutes just to book your appointment, yes 35 minutes to simply enter your name and insurance info, only to double book the appointment. The actual office staff will call you to explain that their call-center made the mistake and will reschedule your appointment. However, they’ll have you wait 45 minutes to an hour for the rescheduled appointment. The worst part is they won’t be honest and let you know until after you’ve sat there waiting. Terrible customer service.

Took my 15 and 13 year old children for annual exams, had a wonderful experience. WV family dental team was awesome. Kind and professional, including front desk staff, hygienist and dentist! I appreciated the focus on preventive care and the detailed explanations on why and what care was recommended. Thank you!

YALL PLEASE READ THE BAD REVIEWS. Husband and I went to get our teeth cleaned and our appt was at 1:00p. It took them three and a half hours to do our cleanings and fillings. They had one dental hygienist. The equipment was very old and smelled bad and tasted gross. X-rays took 15 or more pictures, the device was very painful. The dental tech didn’t care when I said it hurt and she shoved it in my mouth more and said just be still. It hurt so bad I had to take it out of my mouth and she was rude about that. Dentist came over and only talked to the dental tech, he didn’t tell me what was going on with my teeth, he only used dental terms and spoke to the tech. We were there from 1p-4:30p. We were the ONLY PATIENTS for the ENTIRE AFTERNOON. That’s a large red flag. The brought over the prices for fillings and it was like a sales pitch. They show you an exorbitant price, like $600 per tooth, then show that insurance covered some, and then showed how much we would be paying, and the entire thing was literally presented like a sale pitch. We went ahead with the services. The dentist is amateur, the fillings were incredibly rough and rigid, my flops now catches on my teeth and food gets stuck more than ever because the filling work was very sloppy. There are sharp parts on my teeth now that weren’t there before. All of a sudden, I’m having terrible pain in two of my teeth that I never had before. I am very concerned but won’t be returning to this dentist to get help, I literally don’t trust them at all. They also required IDs at check in, and the woman put them in her pocket and said she’ll give them back later. We were pulling out of the parking lot when we realized she never gave them back. They played loud music on a speaker the whole time we were there. So insane! Very unprofessional, worst dentist I’ve ever dealt with, worst and rudest hygienist I’ve ever dealt with, and most unprofessional receptionist/dental tech I’ve ever dealt with.

A year after my deep cleaning I was charged a balance of $400 after having paid in full up front. Now I’m getting harassed via mail every week with invoices from West Valley Dental and TSI collections. Sent a letter back explaining in detail via the invoice instructions (I made multiple phone calls prior with no answer) and im currently still receiving collections from both WVFD and TSI. This is not uncommon; other patients have had the same issue. The quoted work is often very overpriced. Equipment is from the 90’s (a plaque on the X-ray machine showed last inspection was in the mid 90’s). So X-rays can’t be reliable. Many red flags here.

Awesome staff, from the front office to the back, everyone was so friendly. Lobby and office were very clean. Thank you West Valley. Definitely recommend this place!
