West University Family Dentistry is an outstanding dental facility! I recently went there to have a second opinion on a need for a deep cleaning. They took their own x-rays at no cost to me & confirmed a deep cleaning was necessary. They worked around my schedule to accommodate me. Katrina, their hygienist, is the best I've ever experienced! She explained everything in layman's terms with visual aids and did an outstanding job on my deep cleaning. The office worked with me on the pricing as well since I have very limited dental insurance. The office staff are very friendly. All have amazing smiles with wonderful teeth, a true testament to the profession they represent. There truly IS a "family" atmosphere the minute you walk in the building. I highly recommend Western University Family Dentistry!

the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. i am a newer patient but everyone i have met so far has made me feel welcome and helped with making it a smooth transition! you can tell they are close-knit and love what they do. 10/10 would recommend!

Receptionists are friendly and helpful - knowledgeable on insurance and trying to have as much covered as possible. Been going here for a few years. No issues and gentle staff. What else can I say? It's a dentist.

An amazing clinic! I've not been to a dentist in 20yrs and now need full dentures. I'm happy and comfortable at my appointments and am actually looking forward to these appointments. The Dr and team here are attentive to my comfort/pain levels and always care. They make me smile and laugh every time. If you need dental work of ANY kind, go here. They will make you happy! Awesome experience all around.

Dental work I have recieved here is good. That is not the reason for my complaint. I had told them I have a stay at home mom as a fiancé and that we have 2 kids and I don't have alot of money for my dental health as I had just paid 5k to replace my transmission. I pay for fillings, extractions etc but not really trying to do much else unless covered mostly by my insurance. I was in for a routine checkup when the Dr talked me into getting sealants, assuring me my insurance would cover most of it. When I checked out I was hit with an over $800 bill. I am upset that there wasn't more transparency and they didn't confirm I wouldn't be left with such an extensive bill! I will not be returning to this clinic for services as I feel like they ignored my wants and needs to make the clinic money. I left feeling embarassed that I had to explain myself even and never want to have to go through that again. Use caution and make sure to confirm what your insurance will actually cover!!
