I got decent cleanings here, however the dentist wasn't interested in listening to my concerns. They also didn't provide any goodies at the end of the appointment (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). It is nice they have tons of appointments available, all of which can be booked online.

I got a cleaning and a filling here. The dental service was good, the staff were friendly, and appointments were plentiful. But here's where my experience could have been better: I asked multiple times, and they confirmed with me that the cleaning should be free and the filling should be $95. However, I later received an additional bill of >$100 for the services (after I already paid the $95). Turns out Dr. Alvi-Shah was out-of-network for my dental insurance, and my insurance paid a smaller share of the cost than the dental office had estimated for me. I guess it's not really the dental office's fault if insurance ends up paying less than expected, but I wish it could have been clarified more at the beginning that there is a possibility I would need to pay more. Surprise bills are never fun. I'll be looking for an in-network dentist now, at a clinic that's more transparent about potential payments.

I've gone to them since 2012 for teeth cleaning, and they've always been good! I didn't like a peridontist I saw there but those are independent and rotate between practices, so it would be incorrect to have that ding them of a star in this review.

I’m a client here and I like the people that do my teeth, i’m 15, and I love Zuzana, she is a great dental assistant, and every time she has done my teeth, she has been gentle with my teeth, and tries to make me less nervous while she is working! She also likes my plush seals!

Always good and friendly and gentle. The assistant is super friendly dly and always there for you and a good listener. Asly the front desk is very accommodating and friendly as well and friendly and the doctor is comforting and ge the and super nice I would recommend this practice to everyone.

The dentist and front desk are very friendly. They have very flexible availability so I was able to get my filling done right after the examination.
