West River Periodontics & Implant Dentistry

I had a tooth extracted and a bone graft at West River Periodontics. I could not be more impressed with the staff and care I received. From the beginning when they made sure I was comfortable; by giving me a warm blanket, being in a chair that massaged my back and checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I received information on after care and they even provided some soft foods to take home. Thanks Dr. Bertels, Raquel and Mary for the great care.

I was seen on a semi emergency appt. and was treated so well. I needed to have my tooth removed and an implant put in on the spot. I was made comfortable with a warm blanket and during the work I was informed with everything they were doing. Dr. Bertels and the entire team did such a wonderful job and she took her time to take perfect care in extracting my tooth with precision. I literally left and have had such minimal pain… if any. I’m blessed that I had someone take such good care of me. Thank you to the entire team!

The whole process was remarkably painless. The doctor explained what was happening step-by-step and put me totally at ease. Raquel was just the best. She also took the time to explain the whole process before we started and took time after to tell me hope you take care of tooth stress when I left office.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have had in 50 years. The staff are so welcoming, genuinely compassionate and friendly. Zero pain during the procedure. I mean Absolutely zero. Dr Scanlon explained everything in detail and offered sound advice not pressure as some others have. Jaimie and Brayden were just the best part of my day. So amazing. Dr Scanlon is my new hero! They even called the next day to make sure all was well. Totally unexpected!

It’s never fun getting teeth pulled but they were truly wonderful! Making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. They where so gentle to the point that I didn’t have much pain the following days!
