Having been born with some jaw defects, I've undergone more than my fair share of dental, orthodontic, oral surgery, and maxillofacial procedures; enough for a few lifetimes at age 37. However, this place genuinely stood out from the moment I walked in.The administrative staff was incredibly welcoming, making the initial process seamless and pleasant. The hygienist Kia was detailed in her work and highly accommodating, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable.Dr. Dhaliwal, left a lasting impression. Her aura of care and knowledge about my situation was evident from the start. Unlike the typical "turn and burn" healthcare experiences I'm accustomed to, she took the time to discuss my treatment options in depth, answering every question and addressing every concern. It threw me back a little bit in the best way possible. It was a refreshing change that made a world of difference.In all, I would give this clinic five stars all day for their exceptional service and dedication to patient care.
