West End Family Dental Clinic

I hardly ever write reviews anymore, but I feel like my recent experience with West End Family Dental totally warrants it! I'm excited to be a patient here, as the dentist and staff are extremely competent and efficient! Trust and comfort are the very first two words that immediately come to my mind when I think of receiving service from this office - and that's a HUGE deal when it comes to medical/dental work! Thank you guys for all you do! ?

This is the best dental office that I have been to. Over the top professional staff this is my new place to go to for now on. If you need a dentist you will not regret it. I was able to have my teeth pulled the same day that I called did not have to a month like other dental offices.

In two visits, Dr. Williams restored my ability to eat and eliminated the daily psychological trauma experienced resulting from two missing front teeth. I became disabled in 2012. Due to disability, I was incapable of attending to daily oral care. Over the years of painful recuperation, I mentally wrestle with and accepted the loss of teeth, bridge work, etc. and money spent over the prior 15 or more years to ensure a healthy pleasant looking aging mouth. 2019, I regained the ability to care for my teeth again and sought out a dentist. (My former dentist retired approximately 2010.) I experienced no less than three dentists before Covid and when dental services were available again and basically nothing. On the first visit, Dr. Williams asked what did I want to do to redress dental issues. I informed Dr. Williams that I want complete restoration. That day Dr. Williams restored the ability to eat properly. On the second visit, Dr. Williams beautifully replaced, although not permanently (due to the desire to have implants) the two missing front teeth. Remarkable care!!!

Horrible service. Told the lady on the phone I needed to be seen because of emergency. She asked if I was paying cash or had insurance, I told her I had insurance. She asked what kind I preceded to tell her. She then said that insurance doesn't have any openings til NEXT SEPTEMBER ?. Since when does insurance have a wait. She said with covid blah blah blah. Covid is long gone. The services of these places nowadays are horrible. What a joke.

Dr Sutton and staff were amazing, got one tooth extracted doc made sure I was completely numb! Will be returning for all my dental needs!

Had a great experience here at West end Dental. Staff is very helpful, courteous and professional. Pricing is affordable even without insurance and they don't rush to get to the next client.I highly recommend this business to everyone.
