I’ve been a patient at West End Dental for many decades, since I was a child and was a patient of Dr. John Krippaehne, the father of my current dentist Dr. Jim Krippaehne. My family and I have always received first rate dental care and have always been treated with kindness, patience and dignity by all of the staff. Dr. Jim is an excellent dentist. He’s very technically skilled and an all around nice human being. He’s a good listener, gentle and has a fabulous chair-side manor. I love Deanna my dental hygienist. She is also all of the above. And so sweet. Tech Vanessa, who just worked with Dr. Jim on my crown prep yesterday (which went great), was also very kind, sweet and fabulous. I highly recommend West End Dental. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Doctor Jim Krippaehne is a fine and gentile dentist. I had a replacement of a crown today. Not a fun procedure but painless when Doctor Jim practices it. He has been my dentist for several years. I appreciate the way he relates to the others in his office. He is always polite and quiet. More important, I have never had any of his work fail.

Dr Rodriguez at West End Dental is a master of her trade! She’s so thorough, kind, and she actually listens to her patients. Hands down WED is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Their staff is so helpful and every visit is so pleasant. If you have dental anxiety, or are just a fan of good work, give this practice a call!

West End Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and the doctor is very nice. Everyone is professional and the office is clean! I personally had an oral device made through them and I could not be happier! My snoring has stopped and my partner and I are sleeping better. Love love love West End Dental!!

First of all, what a wonderful staff. Timely, responsive, caring and most importantly honest. James Krippaehne is a great dentist and leader, the care I received pre and post surgical operation on my wisdom teeth was exceptional. I was able to reach him on the weekend when a concern popped up, immediately received a follow up appt Monday and was cared for properly. I hope everyone can experience their dental situations with people like this.
