West Dundee Dental

I love this office! If you get anxious or scared going to the dentist this office is for you. Everyone is very friendly, understanding, professional and they make you feel very comfortable like you are at home. They take their time to explain everything to you and answer any and all questions you may have. It is like being welcomed by your favorite family member.

Dr. Hirsch and the staff of West Dundee Dental are the BEST! They make it a pleasure to go to the dentist. The welcoming by Feli at the front desk and Annette, our hygienist, are so fabulous! Annette makes getting your teeth cleaned so comfortable! My kids even love going! Our teeth feel so clean and wonderful after she works her magic! Dr. Hirsch's examine is so gentle you don't even know he is in there! A great experience! I highly recommend West Dundee Dental!!

Dr Hirsch is very friendly and a highly skilled dentist. Fantastic staff from the receptionists to the hygienist, excellent care and customer service. Highly recommend Dr. Hirsch! Annette is our favorite hygienist, she makes getting your teeth clean a wonderful experience. Our kids even like visiting the dentist office because they make everything so fun and friendly.

A great dental office in the Dundee area. All the staff members are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell how passionate they are about dental health. Appointments are made with ease and reminder texts are set up to keep you on track. The office is also clean and inviting. Thanks so much!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this dental office! My previous dentist sold her practice and when I found out I was pregnant, I wanted to make sure my teeth were taken care of to avoid any issues so I was stuck trying to find a new office. I’m SO thankful I came across this office on google because everyone from Rhonda at the front desk, to the dental assistants, the hygienist, and my favorite dentist Dr Chelsea are all incredibly welcoming, keep the environment comforting (a big plus for anyone who has dentist anxiety) and Dr Chelsea explains everything she’s doing and checks to make sure you’re okay frequently during the dental work. I ended up needing to have more work than I thought in my teeth and I could not imagine going anywhere else!! They always do a wonderful job on my teeth and I’ve had zero problems since having my dental work completed. I actually look FORWARD to my appointments! HIGHLY recommend!
