Dr. Christina Vy is a miracle worker. I had an infected jaw that was locked down but desperately needed the root canal and she was able to get it done and relieve the pain while my jaw healed. Highly recommend for any work!

I Wasn't feeling well headache, vertigo, and sinus pressure. I was referred to Dr. Vy. The state of the art office with the newest technology and welcoming receptionist put me at ease. Dr Vy. took x rays and a cat scan and I showed now infection. She gave me an option to move forward or think about it. I asked her to move forward. Once she began to drill she found that my nerve was extremely inflamed. She and her assistant are pros! I can't thank her enough for listening to me and getting me out of pain. I will always go here and refer everyone I know! Thank you!!!!!

Let me start with the fact that the doctor here is fantastic! The dental work she did for me was pain free and done well. She was super great to work and talk with. BUT the person at the front desk screwed me over. I told them my insurance would end on my birthday (when I turned 26) and that I needed to finish the procedure before then (it had to be done between 2 appts). She kept pushing that my insurance would cover me until the end of the month. Then MONTHS later I get a bill for $2500 and an apology that said something along the lines of “I’m sorry, your insurance did end on your birthday and the insurance won’t cover it”. When I reached out to them, they said that they are not responsible because it’s up to me to know my insurance and that I should not have taken their advice. What?! So they sent me to collections. She completely screwed me over, admitted that she did such, and then told me I shouldn’t have listened to her….. absolutely no empathy for the issue THEY caused. I love the doctor but be wary of the front desk. Clear everything yourself with your insurance.

I'm so happy to write this review as a first time patient. From the minute I walked into their office, I felt very comfortable (even knowing I was about to have a root canal procedure) and this held through the entire time there. Everyone I encountered was friendly, kind and professional. Each one of them expressed a genuine care for my comfort and communicated everything precise and easy to understand. My impression of Dr. Vy was that she was knowledgeable and confident. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure I was informed of the procedure. She did an excellent job. I felt no pain during the procedure and pretty much experienced no pain after I left her office. The agony I had been in for days prior was gone, immediately. I was wowed! They under promised and over delivered on everything. If my regular dentist doesn't begin recommending Dr. Vy for Endodontic work from now on I will be disappointed in him. I certainly recommend her.

I recently had a root canal fixed by Dr. Vy and she did a wonderful job trying to repair a mess of a tooth. She and her staff we very welcoming and willing to go to every length in order to make me comfortable. I highly recommend WCE to anyone needing specialty dental care!

I had such a great experience dealing with a painful situation! I needed a root canal, but my roots are all sorts of wonky and my cavity was pressing on my sinus…so I was in tons of pain and nervous about getting it done. With the help of some meds, it was basically painless and I felt like I was there for 10 minutes. I left instantly feeling better. Dr.Vy was very caring, kind and professional. Highly recommend if you hate dental work and want an accommodating place!
