West Coast Dental of Monrovia

I had a great experience going to West Coast Dental clinic. The front desk was very friendly and the wait time wasn’t long. When I went inside I was greeted by the staff. The lady who took my xray was extremely patient with me even though she had to go back and forth to check if the image came right, she was really sweet. Then I was asked to sit in the room and wait for the dentist. They were very mindful of the patients waiting in the rooms. Even though it was a busy day for them they were at their best. The dentist who examined my teeth was very polite. After that I was taken by the lady to her office to discuss the insurance. She was the nicest person I have met. She patiently listened to my queries and answered every thing in detail. Overall my experience from entering the clinic to exiting it was really pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to all. Keep up the great work!

From the initial call the receptionist are always friendly and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment the front desk staff were nice and it’s nice to walk in and see smiley faces. Once I was called in the dental assistant made me feel comfortable with talking with me and making me feel welcomed. The doctor was professional and walked me through the whole procedure and made sure I understood everything clearly. The office manager explained what my insurance covered and what I was responsible for and made sure I had left with no questions. All in all the whole process from beginning to end is very professional and you leave feeling great. I have tried other dentist closer to home but I don’t mind driving 45-60 minutes depending on traffic to give them my business because it is well worth it. Thanks to all the staff at West Coast Monrovia for making my visit so pleasant. ????

Thank you to the Monrovia team for squeezing me in so I may have a beautiful smile by my birthday! Dr. Farnaz was meticulous. Veronica fabricated my 6 unit temporary crowns to look like permanent crowns so I can smile showing my teeth again.

I wrote a negative review detailing my personal experience with a dentist here yesterday. The dentist subsequently called me three times this morning and angrily demanded I take it down. Hours later he sent me several rude text messages from his private phone number. I have complied by removing the review and will be getting a new dentist. I hope no one else has a similar experience.
