West Coast Dental of Gage

I went in there after previous being seen by a different dentist who was terrible, the staff was extremely friendly I was able to schedule an appointment and be seen the following day. The doctor explain my procedure in detail also gave me knowledge that I was not aware off. There was procedure that was recommended but I decline since I was unable to afford it, the staff did not pressure me I felt very heard and understood. I am leaving very happy and more relief of my dental health . Highly recommended this office !!!!

Everyone in this office is fantastic! Professional, clean and efficient (once you’ve been taken in)… the only reason for 4 stars is the long wait in front, but I’m pretty sure that was because of the x-ray tech having to leave unexpectedly, which happens. Otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars. I definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Lopez and Dr.Samira are great, explained what they would be doing and felt no pain. Office staff... I question. It felt as if they wanted to add procedures not needed and the fact that I paid being told everything would be covered and finding out the day i go in that I was misinformed does make one mad. My appointments have been scheduled at 9am they didn't see me until 11am left the dentist at about 5pm. A whole day there is not pleasant. The way they schedule every appointment should be reevaluated. If you are taking more patients than you can handle id say cut back on that. I can see why their rate low. It's not because of the actual dentists it's because of their office "front staff"

I was Serviced On Time and the Staff was Incredibly Friendly! Ms Caroline Explained Everything to me in Detail and Dr. Simira was very Straightforward and Kind. I left pleased and will be back for my next appointment soon!

Beware, these people are crooks. Charged me for a service I didn't approve of. Two months later, they refuse to give me my money back. I've been calling the office trying to reach Ana, and they keep hanging up on me. If I show up to the office, Ana refuses to speak to me. Incredible! Will file a complaint to get my money back!

I appreciate the staff, assistants and Dr Lopez for providing a safe and encouraging environment as I begin the journey back to my "smile". Thank you for your kindness!
