Impeccably clean, excellent Dr., he's very personable. The staff is outstanding as well! Dr. Sosa has been very clear w instructions and the beautiful work on my teeth. Abby his assistant is the sweetest young woman. I look forward to seeing the staff again in a couple of weeks. Seriously, they're the best team of dentists that I've ever had.

Went in for a cleaning, told them I have hot/cold sensitivity that was worsening. She told me she would talk to the dentist and look at my X-rays from my last cleaning. They said X-rays looked fine from last time and did no further testing, went to an endo dentist and sure enough I needed a root canal! Time for a new dentist that takes my complaints seriously

Received 4 confirmations of my appointment for Monday. Received a text message at 1:40 on Friday afternoon stating they had to change my time on Monday due to scheduling conflict. Really? This appointment was made 6 months in advance so what scheduling conflict? If I cancelled my appointment they would probably charge me a $50.00 cancellation fee.

I haven’t been to the Dentist in years. I will say the atmosphere there is great . Everyone is very friendly helpful and caring. Much different from when I last went many years ago. This was my second visit and I felt very satisfied that I was being taken care the right way. All positive for sure. I have a few more visits to get my teeth back in shape and I know i will enjoy the experience at WB Dental.
