I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at the lady at front desk. Before the procedure, I was quoted a price, which I even confirmed with her. However, after the procedure was completed, I was charged $160 more than the quoted amount. When I brought this up, I was told the mistake was due to she referencing last year's pricing instead of the current rates. What was even more upsetting was the lack of accountability or apology for the error. Instead, the lady was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted as if the mistake was my fault when I asked more question about the pricing. Her attitude was unprofessional, with zero patience, making an already frustrating situation much worse. Had I known the accurate cost beforehand, I would not have gone through with the procedure. Be cautious about the prices she quote you, as it might not reflect what you’re ultimately charged.
