Webster Dental Care

Had Invisalign done at Webster Dental. After treatment, I had “off brand” retainers made for maintenance. No issues until I broke the bottom retainer and they remade it at my expense (expected). The top is the original product from 4 1/2 years ago. The bottom is the replacement which has been cleaned by the office each time. When I called attention to the discrepancy, the office manager blamed the product that they used. She offered me $50 off to have it remade with another product. It’s like getting your nails done and the polish coming off after a week. Stand behind the product your office has decided to use and accept the fact that it’s no good. Very disappointing after being a patient there for 10+ years!!

We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ravi and the exceptional care he provided for both my wife and I. From the moment we walked into his office, we felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Ravi is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain our treatment options and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Dr Ravi is amazing! When working with my daughter with sensory issues, he explained everything that was happening so that she would feel comfortable. Great guy! We're keeping him lol.

Everyone is so pleasant there. Karen is the best dental hygienist. She is friendly, gentle, and always making sure you're doing ok during the cleaning.

The dental hygienist I had was very knowledgeable and good at her job. She made my teeth cleaning a quick, painless job. The dentist I saw was very pleasant and introduced himself to me since he was new to me. Everyone was very professional.
