Mariela is the best dental hygienist, I am always so happy with the results. She is incredibly professional, thorough, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Where do I begin? Wonderful atmosphere and great staff that are very attentive to your needs and making sure to fit my busy schedule. I had the pleasure of working with Mariela. Not only is she very knowledgeable and personable ( great sensor of humor was the cherry on the top), but it also shows she cares and most importantly she did a tremendous work with my deep cleaning. I had the pleasure of recommending her and this business to few of my coworkers and friends. They were very pleased and will be coming here again. You have a a customer for life.

I had a disappointing experience at this office. When I declined X-rays during the initial exam due to having had many already done this year, the person, Ella, curtly replied, “Ok you can go now”. Mind you, this is only the second sentance spoken to me. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the hygienist said that. This response felt condescending, unprofessional, and dismissive. Her tactic proved effective as I felt forced into agreeing. Reluctantly, I proceeded since I needed the treatment, but they took 18 X-rays—an excessive number for a simple cleaning. Most dentists I’ve heard of typically take only 4-5, though I’ve personally never had a dentist require X-rays for just a cleaning. Ella’s attitude and lack of professionalism further soured the experience. She failed to introduce herself, leaving me unsure whether she was an assistant, X-ray tech, a hygienist, or a dentist—something that should be part of a formal greeting when meeting a new patient. I even had to ask for her name as she completely lacked a greeting. Throughout the cleaning, she made comments with her co-worker. When the Christmas song Hallelujah played, they remarked how it was fitting because I was their last patient of the day. There were other snide remarks between them with some suppressed snickering. These snide remarks and the dismissive tone added to the discomfort of the visit. The overall vibe of the office felt off, as though their primary focus was on cranking through as many patients as possible rather than providing quality care. The equipment seemed outdated—my chair was missing the overhead light, so they used headlamps instead, which felt unprofessional. Many areas didn’t appear particularly clean, and the lighting was dim and unwelcoming. The entire atmosphere gave the impression that this business prioritizes maximizing income over patient experience or maintaining a comforting, professional environment. It felt like someone is cutting corners to profit as much as possible, at the expense of the patients’ comfort and trust. While Ella’s technical work was smooth and painless, the overall experience felt unwelcoming. The billing practices were also concerning—X-rays were charged separately from the exam, yet they were presented as mandatory, leaving no room for patient autonomy. This being a separate line item in my invoice gave me some more clarity as to why Ella was so forceful, and arguable predatory, with the X-rays- to bill for as much as possible. This visit left me feeling undervalued and coerced, and I won’t be returning.
