Waterbury Dental came through for me big time today! They had my daughter in and out in under a half hour (for a normal 6 month cleaning w/o x-rays)!! Their staff called me as soon as a cancellation happened and we were able to get in for 11:30 instead of 3pm, when my daughter would’ve had to miss her first STEM after school program. You made our day WD!I recommend their kid friendly staff to everyone!

I expressed my anxiety to the team, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. They allowed me to play my own music, explained every step of the process, and were incredibly patient, professional, caring, and understanding. My dentist was phenomenal—she massaged my face, encouraged me to take deep cleansing breaths, and was so gentle throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend this dental establishment to everyone. In fact, my daughter now goes there as well!"
