I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Wiltbank and his team! I had been dealing with a dying tooth in the front of my mouth for years. He walked me through all of my options on getting it back to the right color, and ended up saving me thousands of dollars on other cover-up options. Krista at the front desk was great at explaining what my insurance would cover and how much I would be responsible for up front, so there were no surprises. They also have the nicest lobby area with some impressive, well cared for live plants that show they truly care about the details. A big thank you to the team for goring my confident smile back!

I never thought having a root canal could be a pleasant experience, but it was! Dr. Wiltbank, Marjorie and Sarah were absolutely worderful, they calmed my fears and showed great kindness. I had a complex root, but it was no match for Dr. Wiltbank and Marjorie. They got through the procedure quickly, skillfully and gently with very little discomfort for me. I appreciated that Dr. Wiltbank explained the whole process to me step by step (in terms laymen can understand). That way, I knew what was coming next and what to expect. (He did say some patients prefer not to know and that is okay too.) The whole staff is friendly. Sarah went above and beyond to help me with a scheduling issue and she made the whole scheduling and payment process seem easy. Plus, she had great words of encouragement that put me completely at ease. They all treated me with great respect and compassion. This team was absolutely amazing, I can not sing their praises loud enough!

I just had what can only be called the best root canal experience I've ever had. Dr. Reese answered all of my (many) questions in the initial consultation, even though some were off-topic. He made me feel entirely welcome to ask any question and express any opinion or doubt. On the day of the procedure, he took great pains to ensure my experience was as comfortable as possible. He is truly a master at what he does; I didn't feel any pain from the injections or any of the drilling. He even continued to answer my mumbled questions the best he could throughout the appointment. He constantly made sure I was comfortable and ok to proceed. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone needing a complex root canal. The dental assistants and office staff were exemplary as well. Many thanks.

Great experience before and during my root canal. Dr Reese and his assistant Laura were great, efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Explained the diagnosis and treatment well and checked how I was doing throughout the appointment. The front desk staff were very friendly and sweet :) thanks again!

This office was really wonderful. I was already crying purely out of fear when I first entered their office (“I’m only 35! How do I have to have a root canal already!”) but was immediately impressed when Dr. Wiltbank himself came out to greet me and one other patient in the lobby. He was so personable, caring, and patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and talk through them with me before we began any procedures. He’s very good at what he does and I felt no pain. It felt easy to trust him. The entire staff was great — the receptionist was empathetic and reassuring, and the hygienist (assistant?) was so sweet and calming, bringing me a tissue and letting me cry out my fears. They really have a tough job; they have to face people like me every single day and are not only professional about it, but so caring the whole time. Like family. Highly recommend Washington Square Endodontics. Even if I hope to never see them again. ?
