I was transferred here because my doctor retired. Today when I went for an appointment, it took 20 minutes to verify my insurance and then they told me they didn’t have time to do my x-rays or to see the doctor and I would have to come back for an additional appointment. They only did my cleaning. This was after they couldn’t give me an appointment for six months when I had to reschedule due to illness. They told me they couldn’t see me for an additional six months when trying to schedule after today. Seems very insurance driven and not very personal. They didn’t even tell me they were cutting my appointment short until I inquired. I work with insurance companies, at no point did they ask for my insurance or verify it before my appointment. They never gave me the option to pay out-of-pocket to keep the original appointment. My insurance did cover the entire appointment, once they verified it but wouldn’t see me until they did. The hygienist was very pleasant but it’s unfortunate how the insurance companies take away from patient care. This review is meant to inform patients, you may like a more personal practice vs feeling like your payment matters more than your care. Both can matter in a good practice.

Warwick Family Dental Group is a very professional and compassionate practice. They utilize the latest dental techniques and are always concerned with your comfort. Today I had an appointment for a cleaning with Lien. I can say honestly that she was so gentle and yet did a very thorough job- without any “zings”. This is the 3rd time that I have come to have my teeth cleaned and I feel so relaxed when I sit in their chair. Thank you so much Warwick Family Dental Group for your excellence! ?

I'm currently undergoing the various steps of dental implant treatment with Dr. Shehadeh. He's very professional and personable, exudes calm and competence, and clearly explained everything he was doing in my mouth. He was very responsive and helpful when I had questions after the posts were initially inserted, addressing my questions by phone. Also, my dental hygienist Thalia does an excellent job and is very friendly and other technical staff are excellent also. So, if you're looking for a new home for your dental care, I highly recommend Warwick Family Dental Group and Dr. Shehadeh in particular.

I have had nothing but good experiences with having Dr. Shehadeh as my dentist. He is very caring and very professional. His work is outstanding. Clean well lit facility. Comfortable waiting room. Very easy to locate on well-known tollgate road. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the visit went quickly & but was very thorough.

Highly recommend this dental office. They do everything from cleanings to crowns and more. My family has been seeing Dr. Paul for 40 years. All the staff are friendly and professional.
