I am so happy I found NOVA clinic after years of searching for a dentist I could truly trust! I was extremely worried and anxious about the procedure, but the dentist Dr. Mike Rizk was so kind and sweet—it made all the difference. The results are absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier!! The staff here are the best I’ve ever seen—friendly, professional, and efficient. I was able to get an appointment for consultation for a broken front tooth implant with Nova Denture the day after my request. Upon arrival I was impressed with the staff and the prompt service I received. Diane came in and explained all my options with every detail so that I could better understand my options. Dr. Rizk did a complete check up and explained the procedure in great detail. I was totally surprised that He wound do it right away and without pain or discomfort. I recently had the opportunity to receive dental care from Dr. Michael Rizk at Warm Smiles Dental Centre, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of compassion, professionalism and care demonstrated by both him and his staff. As a physician myself, I truly appreciate how so much more is going on behind the scene that we don’t appreciate has a patient. Dr. Rizk care is all patient focussed. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk team, who ensured that my first visit process was smooth, efficient and that it was about me the patient not the administrative requirements. The office is exceptionally clean, which is important as it reflects the importance of not only details, but also contributing to a sense of comfort, trust and professionalism. Dr. Rizk took the time to conduct a complete evaluation and clearly outlined my treatment options, demonstrating a thorough understanding of my dental needs while respecting my opinion. His ability to communicate the information in popular terms versus technical terms instilled confidence in his recommendations. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Rizk and his assistant exhibited a gentle approach, continually checking in to ensure my comfort and explaining to me every step of his next move. This decreased my anxiety as I knew what to expect. He didn’t rush through the procedure and when he felt I even had a mild discomfort, he stopped and provided me with more freezing. This is very different from a past experience that I had at a different dental clinic which had told me to just “hold in there as we are almost done”. Furthermore, I appreciated the proactive follow-up after my appointment to monitor my recovery and address any further questions I had. This attention to patient care reflects a commitment to excellence that is truly commendable.
