They lied about my cavity. They refused to show me the cavity and lied. I then went to another dentist and they took x rays. There was no cavity at all. Be careful from a fat older lady that is not Asian. She will lie to you about cavities and drill your teeth without showing x-ray or showing you the cavity in the mirror. She will use codes to communicate with her partner like 3704. Each code stands for something different. In my case, it was to fake the cavity. For over 20 years of my life I've had no cavities, strict no sugar diet, brushing twice a day. All of a sudden this new fat old lady dentist started working and I suddenly have multiple cavities which were all proven false from an x-ray from another dentist. This shady place makes money from tricking chinese families with kids who can't afford to go somewhere else to confirm the cavities. Please run from this location. The staff in the front is also extremely, unhygienic, terrible odour and rude. It is sad to see a chinese own business trick so many other chinese families and drill their teeth just for some money.

Select another dentist at all cost. Unprofessional full of excuses and never on time.

First off, let me begin by saying NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST. Both dentists and other staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They book way too many patients than what they are equipped to handle, with wait times ranging up to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE'S TIME. Be sure to ask for a detailed invoice for everything afterwards as they tend to bill your insurance completely arbitrary amounts in an attempt to milk the most money out of each customer. Very unethical and will be reported for further investigation. Once again, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. They do not care about your health and well being, only about milking the most money out of each patient and wasting their time. Save yourself the trouble.

first things first. it was a really really terrible customer service, and second they don't care about customer, they just let the customer waiting in a small room for 30 mins or more. i don't understand how their think was like, it was really terrible, im not gonna comeback to this place anymore, and guys remember to never ever come to this place, it was suck👎🏻

Wasting time! Made appointment for kids and myself two weeks ago at 12pm, the staff called to confirm two days early before appointment. I got a call again during my way to appointment and asked me to come earlier as my appointment at 11:30am, I told her the above things and reconfirm the appointment at 12:00. And she confirm ok. When I arrived there, the staff told me the time is a bit tight and Dr . can process one case only. She said my appointment at 11am. . I was so angry and argue with her as I was living abit far from there and so confusing of their appointment arrangement. Totally wasting my time and black list it forever
