Walnut Grove Smiles: Heather Wilson DDS

I went to Walnut Grove Dental after I decided to see a dentist closer to my home. My wife had seen Dr. Wilson a few months earlier for some dental implant work and was so happy with her experience that she switched to her. I too am completely satisfied with my visit. Everyone, starting with the front desk receptionists, the hygienist, and Dr Wilson were very friendly, supportive, and professional. My dental records from my previous dentist and my insurance information as far as coverage were obtained before my cleaning was completed. The cleaning and exam were thorough and stress free. I would highly recommend Dr Wilson, her staff, and Walnut Grove Dental.

Dr Wilson is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I just moved back to the area a few months ago and after moving around a lot the last 10 years I have had numerous dentists, none compare to her. Her office is warm and welcoming and the team there is so friendly and nice. Making an appointment is easy and convenient and they are great at reminders. I went in for my 6 month cleaning over my lunch break. They are quick, efficient, thorough and precise. When I was younger I had some dental work done, after consulting with Dr Wilson we came up with a plan and I scheduled my appointment for 1 week later (they could have gotten me in sooner but with my work schedule 1 week was my timeline). I have slight anxiety over dental work due to my childhood experiences, so I was a little nervous. Dr Wilson and her team got me settled in and took great care of me. She did such a great job at numbing me-I didn't even feel the shots for numbing. She was meticulous and precise and the results were amazing! If you are looking for a new dentist or looking to make a change I highly recommend trying out Walnut Grove Dental, Dr Wilson and her team there are amazing!

Absolutely everyone in this dental office is tremendous. They are really helpful with anything from scheduling to explaining the dental procedures. A real professional, friendly and welcoming collection of professionals. Dr. Wilson does not treat you like a number but she really connects and helps any way she can. My experience is the staff is truly invested in the well-being of their patients. Very easy to recommend.

I would never recommend this office as they gave me a dental plan in October to have three teeth pulled with the promise of coming back and having a partial made when I was finally able to get into the oral surgeon after a few months because they were back logged. I called Walnut Grove to schedule to get the partial made, and was told that they would no longer be in net work, and that they could not fulfill what they promised. So now I sit here with needing a partial for three teeth and have to find a new dentist. Very very poor way of doing business.

Dr. Wilson is an excellent dentist. She always takes her time to explain every procedure she was doing and makes sure you are comfortable. She also is great with offering suggestions of procedures for future that could help with any issues, but never pressures you into anything. She is a true professional and has a naturally loving personality. I would recommend Dr. Wilson & Walnut Grove Dental to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had!
