I had a lovely time at Wall St. Dental Spa today! It is truly such a relaxing and calming environment which eases a lot of the anxiety of going to the dentist! Everyone was so friendly and kind and I know my teeth are in great hands here. Sijan, my hygienist, explained what every step of the process was and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Leone was wonderful as well! I will absolutely be recommending to all my friends, especially those who are typically wary of the dentist!

The ambiance, service, updated state of the arts technology, and great location is absolutely outstanding. From the Kind and Efficient Dr. Berwick, Friendly receptionist Andrea, Experienced Considerate Hygienist Trina, Professional Model-like Payment Consultant Eva, to the Amiable & Knowledgeable Clinical Assistant Alonzo - everything was above and beyond what I expected. - They welcome UFT Members as well a plus. I returned for my follow-up (8.15.2024) and was taken care of promptly by Hygienist-Tanya who placed me in a massage chair and with a calming mist. She was effective and very gentle. I also met Ms. Eliza who was so thoughtful at the inner room with the counter. She and Ms. Eva made sure I received my complimentary gift bag, I posted the photo below. - Great Service and good updated tech. - Thank you!

I recently had my first routine dental cleaning in four years, and I have to say, it was a positive experience. After being hesitant to book an appointment due to a past traumatic experience with a dentist, I finally decided to go after my manager reassured me that the hygienists at this practice were very gentle. The process began with x-rays and photos, which Dr. Berwick explained thoroughly. I appreciated how she took the time to discuss the condition of my teeth, making sure I understood everything. During the cleaning itself, the hygienist was indeed very gentle, which helped put me at ease. Overall, I felt comfortable throughout the appointment.

Had a really good experience (and I have a fear of the dentist). Such a nice and calming office to walk into. During my cleaning I was sat in a room with a chair that had a light massage going and I chose the warm neck pillow treatment and I couldn’t be anxious even if I wanted to. I also had a crown replaced and Dr. Berwick made sure I was comfortable and that I didn’t feel any pain. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience here. I just moved to NYC and needed a routine cleaning and found this office near me. It’s a very clean and relaxing environment and smells amazing. My hygienist was truly perfect. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She was thorough with my cleaning and very gentle. She was outgoing and friendly. X-rays were taken of my teeth and I had fillings placed months prior by a different dentist and one of my fillings needed to be replaced. Both the dentist and the hygienist were able to show me on the x-ray why the filling needed to be replaced. I did not feel pressured into buying or doing anything I did not need. I even got an eye mask while my teeth were cleaned and a lavender warm towel at the end. Definitely would recommend going here 100%.
