Walgren Dental Arts

Do NOT use this dentist. At best, he is highly unethical….I think he is a con artist or worse!!! He started a root canal on me, but he sure won’t be completing it….I will find a trustworthy doctor to finish Dr. Walgren’s shoddy work. I went in on Tuesday because I had cracked a tooth (not the same tooth as the root canal), and I told him from the start that it was the very back tooth and I wanted the cheapest fix. He told me a filling would be the least expensive ( by the way he never even took an X-ray and the dentist who fixed all of Walgren’s mess was shocked about that) so I went back later that afternoon to get it done. Well, after he had “finished” the filling he told me it was TEMPORARY and I would have to come back to get a permanent filling or an extraction. The temporary filling was $285, and now 3 days later the tooth is killing me, so I will have to go back for an extraction (which I wanted in the first place) to the tune of $450.00…..Dr Walgren padded his pockets with my money, and as a retired school teacher, the retirement pay doesn’t go far. Save yourself some time and money….keep searching for a good dentist. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER As a post script for this review it gets even worse. Today I had to go a specialist in Cheyenne (endodontist) to fix the ROOT CANAL Dr Walgren gave me……turns out he left a bunch of bacteria in the tooth and my face swelled up like a football. I was in agony over the weekend until I could get to my new dentist on Monday. Turns out this fix is going to be two visits to the tune of $1,800 to undo what Dr Walgren did to my teeth.Visiting Dr Walgren has been the most expensive mistake of my life…keep shopping for a dentist…run from this guy!!!!!

I have been going to Dr Walgren for over 20 years and he and his staff are phenomenal. Dr. Walgren has performed several procedures, from fillings to root canals, and I have always been impressed by his light touch and good humor. I have also seen several hygienists over the years and have always been impressed with their friendliness and the quality of their work.

What a stress-free experience. Yes, I’m talking about the dentist! More specially Dr. Bradely Walgren of Walgren Dental Arts on Grand Avenue in Laramie Wyoming. I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Dr. Walgren and his staff. Growing up, my dentist was both a rancher and a dentist, and I have to say more rancher then dentist. Because of this, as an adult, I have had lots of anxiety about going to the dentist. After my first visit (more than 20 years ago), I have learned that I have no reason to be anxious. Everyone in Dr. Walgren’s office lets me know that that they all genuinely care about me as a patient, and that I am in good hands. After doing a faceplant, on concrete and damaging four front teeth. I was apprehensive calling Dr. Walgren, after all it was a weekend in July. But, I mustered up my nerve to made the call . When he answered his phone, and I told him the story and he agreed it was an emergency and met me at his office within the hour. I am so thankful that Dr. Walgren is my dentist. In fact, he comes in just below God and Piaget in my list of valued and important contact in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Walgren at Walgren Dental Arts. I love this place. Dr. Walgren has done a wonderful job with me. I had a difficult dental history prior to meeting him. I have benefited so much from him. He is so dedicated and talented. He is by far and away the most pain free dentist I ever dealt with, extremely careful and gentle. He is very up to date in his practice. I can't say enough good about him and his team. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Dr. Brad Walgren has been the dentist for our family for twenty or perhaps more years. As others have posted, he and his staff are professional and kind. He indeed stays current on dental practice and research. He and his staff also care about the overall well being of each and every patient. Excellent dentist and practice.
