Poor customer service, lack of empathy, it felt like it was just a business and I was an afterthought. Was asked if I had any questions after a procedure, (two in total) but hardly explained in detail except the bare minimum. I don't know what I don't know, so it's hard to ask a proper question, especially when my face is half numb. Unfortunately, after 3 fillings, these teeth all hurt now along with mutiple others that are extremely sensitive in places where I did not need work. I literally only went in originally for a popping jaw issue and now I have multiple issues with my teeth as per their insistence I needed a lot done. Will be going to another dentist.
