Virginia Family Dentistry Staples Mill

Everyone is very nice, efficient, and professional at the Staples Mill Road location. The only issue is that they have a hard time getting patients seen every six months. I can usually be put on a cancellation test message list and can get in if there is a cancellation around my six month time period. They are definitely a popular dentist office.

Giana, my hygienist is the best! She is very gentle, caring and so efficient. The humble and respectful way she treats her client makes me look forward to my appointments. The receptionist was very nice too. And the doctor are very friendly.

Just had a cleaning this visit and Catherine did a great job. Because I have a long history of dental issues I am always nervous about visits even cleanings. But Catherine's personality and fun banter kept my mind off of what was happening so it went by quickly. And she did a great and thorough job even removing some staining that was problematic. Great to meet you Catherine and thank you for a fantastic job today. You clearly love what you do.

Dr Lyons, Emily & Megan are the best! Their entire staff is professional, thorough, efficient & kind. I work in the dental field (not in their office) & this is where I refer my own patients, so I knew it was where I needed to be seen. I highly recommend this group for all your perio needs!

I’m happy with the experience I receive here, everyone is professional, friendly and good at their job. Never had any issues with my cleanings. Some improvement on keeping to appointment times would be welcomed though. I haven’t had an appointment that was on time yet, I waited 25 minutes for my appointment to start yesterday. I appreciate appointments can run long which can’t be helped but updating those waiting would be useful especially for those of us who have small children requiring care or who are working.
