Here’s the revised review: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our toddler absolutely loved her visit to Virginia Family Dentistry Atlee! From the moment we arrived, she was excited and felt right at home. The office is so inviting with bright colors and fun toys that immediately caught her attention. The team was amazing—so kind and engaging, making the whole experience enjoyable. Our little one especially loved how gentle and friendly everyone was, and she left with a big smile, already asking when she can go back. We’re so thrilled to have found such a wonderful pediatric dentist who made her first visit so memorable and fun. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a fantastic experience for their kids!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting set up as a new patient was easy. Wonderful hygienist, she was very thorough, gentle and very friendly. Dentist was fantastic, also very thorough and friendly. Took the time to explain their treatment philosophy. Will absolutely return again. Highly reccomend.

I took my VERY anxious 7 year old to his second attempt at the dentist today. The staff at Virginia Family Dentistry Pediatrics were anazing! They were so patient and kind. My son told me when we got in the car that he loved the dentist! Cannot recommend enough. I also had my 2.5 year old, who had a FABULOUS first visit.

Mai is the best, she always does such a good job cleaning my teeth and I enjoy talking to her! Dr. Wong is also very nice and I trust him of take care of my teeth during exams and procedures!

They were okay and Dr. Wong was decent, he just always seemed like he was in a rush. Tracy can be condescending on the phone, but will be nice when you cancel your appointment. The first dental hygienist I had was super impersonal with no bedside manner, but I stuck with it and scheduled another cleaning 8 months later because they were overbooked. 3 months from my cleaning, they call to let me know they will need to reschedule for another 3 months later because of staffing issues. I assume this is because they fired the bad hygienist. Once again, I stuck with it. New hygienist was great and had an awesome personality, but after Tracy gave me an attitude over the phone twice, I decided to cancel my future appointments. Since beginning here over a year ago, they have been unable to accommodate bi annual cleanings and paired with the poor service I have received from the staff, I can’t recommend this office. The pediatric side of things seem to be okay, but the remainder of this office seems to struggle from my point of view.
