I hate dentists but I love this one. I have hated dentists since the 1960s when Novocain was optional . Back then going to the dentist to fix a cavity was horrific. Those early experiences soured me to all dentists and as an adult I often changed dentists simply because I didn’t like any of them ... did not like their arrogance. Later on, when Novocain was used regularly I found I had a high resistance to it requiring 2 or 3 times the normal amount given. Dr. Patel is actually the first dentist that has ever numbed me sufficiently on the first attempt. I let him know up front that I have a very high tolerance to Novocain and I generally require two or three times the norm. He said “no problem” and then he thoroughly numbed the area. I decided I liked him right away, he heard what I said and responded to it rather than arrogantly dismissing it up front like most dentists , only to stop drilling two or three times to dose me up to the point of no pain as originally requested. Arcadia Dental Group is the best - hands down! I have been to see many dentists throughout the years and this place is the absolute best I have ever worked with. Dr. Viray Patel is extremely good at what he does. He and his entire team are very skilled and pleasant to work with; So much so that I trust them with my 83 year old mother :). She loves them too! The prices are very affordable. Since I am retired, I no longer have dental insurance yet I still find the prices to be well inline with my budget. I recommend Dr. Patel and his entire team without pause or reservation!!

Dr. Patel was considerate, patient and took good care of my wife and my dental work. He is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field of expertise and we are grateful to have found him. His staff is also very courteous and took great care of both of us during our visits. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Patel and his entire staff are very professional but most importantly they are nice, genuine people. My appointments are always on time. I appreciate that so much. From my experience, it’s hard to find any dental, vision or medical office that meets appointment times with the patients. This is as valuable to me as the level of service provided. Dr. Patel and his hygienists are gentle, efficient and provide excellent service.

Very quick and efficient. They are very kind and welcoming and I also like how thorough and knowledgeable they were. I really liked the hygienist as well she was explaining everything whole she was cleaning my teeth and doing xrays she was really great! I have been to a couple different dentists within 4 years and still have pain and was given wrong information just to get money and Dr. Patel put me at ease and explained what he can do to assist me and he is not just a money grabber. I think I have found my permanent dentist!!!

Dr Patel is not only skilled, professional . He is compassionate and listens to his patient's. I had an emergency, instead of making me come back for treatment. He worked me into his already very full schedule and did the repairs. Dr Patel is efficient, and very kind. I recommend Dr Patel without any reservation. He takes extra time to make certain his patient is pain free and comfortable. I am going back for needed repairs and work. I had put off due to fear. Dr Patel is simply amazing!
