Village Dental - Brier Creek

I will try to write my NEGATIVE review briefly. I came to this clinic with a severe toothache, while visiting my daughter. This is not my dentist, not my city, not my state. They accepted me, cleaned the canals, persuaded me to put in a crown, paid everything at once, although the amount was about 5 thousand dollars. Over the course of 2 years, I contacted them 2-3 times with pain in this tooth (by phone and coming to the clinic). All this during the warranty period. They did x-rays, looked, did not find anything. After another severe pain, I contacted them and received a response that THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAD EXPIRED. I contacted my dentist in my city and my state. My doctor referred me to a root canal specialist. They took an x-ray and the doctor said the following: "Your doctor who did the root canal cleaning in your tooth is not a professional, since he cleaned 2 canals, but he did not see the 3rd canal!" The X-ray showed severe inflammation and it was necessary to remove the crown and perform surgery. The professional was fantastic! The doctor performed the surgery (cut the gum) using a laser, under a microscope and without the slightest pain cleaned the 3rd canal. I paid a lot of money for the dentist's appointment and for the gum surgery! I will contact a lawyer to return the money spent and for moral damages!!! For this I have all the necessary documents and confirmations!

Had an emergency dental situation and was able to get a same day appointment without issue. The office itself is very clean and feels welcoming. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but the staff were great and helped me to stay calm. My treatment options were explained to me and I made the choice without any pressure. I will definitely be going back to this location for my future dental needs.

Words cannot describe the great experience that I had with Village dental in briar Creek for the second time. there sedation was unbelievably great for the second time. The staff is truly amazing, very caring, considerate, and bring such comfort in knowing that they have your back regardless of your issue, thank you Village dental and the entire staff for all that you did for me and another great experience. I will be definitely giving out recommendations. Thanks again.
