Village Dental - Brier Creek

What an awesome dentist! This office is state of the art! Everyone is super nice and professional. From myself that has a ton of issues, to my wife that has perfect teeth, to my 4 year old! My daughter had an amazing visit. She was treated wonderfully and great care was given to her as a patient. I have 0 bad things to say about Village Dental. It's a home run experience every time! Dr Escobar is incredible!

I had such a wonderful experience with Sarah today who gave me my deep cleaning in the Brier Creek office. She was patient and very understanding when I told her about my stroke last year and it had prevented me from coming to the dentist to get my yearly cleanings and other procedures done. She made me feel so comfortable and I was so happy to be there to get my teeth cleaned again. Her assistant was also very nice and understanding. I would recommend Village Dental to all my family and friends.. Thank you again ladies for today, my mouth feels AMAZING!!!?

Wednesday October 23,2024 my complaint comes from miscommunication and being sleep not being able to advocate for myself during surgery I have many cavities and I came in for my wisdom tooth removal which was infected and also on that side I have a cavity on a tooth that is on the root so to me those are top priority , I was only able to pay for 2 extraction and a cleaning they left the tooth that could or could not be saved after telling them I’d like to come back in two week , on Friday my initial visit I was told I would get antibiotics for over the weekend the dentist didn’t approve it to Monday morning which pushed my appointment back further I strongly would suggest a dentist who isn’t too focus on Reviews & Funds and is more family oriented. I will not be returning I just don’t trust them to make the best judgement

Great location and the atmosphere is wonderful and a beautiful office. The staff and Dr. Britt are fabulous. Now I am feeling a whole lot better by visiting a Dentist so they can take my smile to the next level.

Wow!!! All I can say is Wow! When I walked in I felt welcome. I was late because my daughter and I went to the wrong location. But they fit me right in and treated me like I was on time. I was impressed with this. Next, Elizabeth, the Clinic Administrator, went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable. I’m usually very nervous at the dentist, but she made my experience pleasant. She really makes going to the dentist pleasant. Next Dr Britt. Another wonderful experience at Village Dental. After X-rays and an exam of my infected, swollen mouth I felt no pain. Elizabeth and Dr Britt were so gentle and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I was thoroughly impressed the whole time. Instead of being scared as I usually am, I felt well taken care of. Now, it was raining really hard. I was on my way out when Elizabeth called me. I didn’t have an umbrella. She walked me to my car with her umbrella. I have NEVER been treated so well at a dentist office. If I could give them 100 stars , believe me I would!! I will definitely be recommending Village Dental in the future!!!!!

I will try to write my NEGATIVE review briefly. I came to this clinic with a severe toothache, while visiting my daughter. This is not my dentist, not my city, not my state. They accepted me, cleaned the canals, persuaded me to put in a crown, paid everything at once, although the amount was about 5 thousand dollars. Over the course of 2 years, I contacted them 2-3 times with pain in this tooth (by phone and coming to the clinic). All this during the warranty period. They did x-rays, looked, did not find anything. After another severe pain, I contacted them and received a response that THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAD EXPIRED. I contacted my dentist in my city and my state. My doctor referred me to a root canal specialist. They took an x-ray and the doctor said the following: "Your doctor who did the root canal cleaning in your tooth is not a professional, since he cleaned 2 canals, but he did not see the 3rd canal!" The X-ray showed severe inflammation and it was necessary to remove the crown and perform surgery. The professional was fantastic! The doctor performed the surgery (cut the gum) using a laser, under a microscope and without the slightest pain cleaned the 3rd canal. I paid a lot of money for the dentist's appointment and for the gum surgery! I will contact a lawyer to return the money spent and for moral damages!!! For this I have all the necessary documents and confirmations!

Had an emergency dental situation and was able to get a same day appointment without issue. The office itself is very clean and feels welcoming. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but the staff were great and helped me to stay calm. My treatment options were explained to me and I made the choice without any pressure. I will definitely be going back to this location for my future dental needs.

Words cannot describe the great experience that I had with Village dental in briar Creek for the second time. there sedation was unbelievably great for the second time. The staff is truly amazing, very caring, considerate, and bring such comfort in knowing that they have your back regardless of your issue, thank you Village dental and the entire staff for all that you did for me and another great experience. I will be definitely giving out recommendations. Thanks again.
