Dental assistant was very nice and personable. The hygienist was excellent, very thorough and also nice and personable. She also gave a lot of suggestions to help me keep my teeth clean and healthy without sounding condescending at all. The dentist was also very thorough and friendly. He came up with a future plan to get my teeth and gums perfect and I felt very well informed. The front desk was great and gave me a good explanation of my future cost options. Bottom line, great staff, very clean office and equipment, definitely the place if you need dental services.

I always appreciate that they keep to their schedule, but even more so ALL of the staff are pleasant to deal with, all while doing a great job! I've been seeing Dr. Newton for several years now. Whenever i see him it’s like running into an old friend. I’ve always received excellent care here. You will too!

Just love Dr. Timpson he is so gentle, tells you what is going to happen step by step. Has a personality to boot! When they schedule you is the time they see you… nothing is a surprise will always tell you the amount you owe. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. to checking out is so friendly and know their job. Great place schedule your next appointment. They will not disappoint!

Today, Tuesday June 18,2024. I had 2pm appointment for a Bridge service. This was.second appointment as the first was a consultation. Dr. Todd Newton is an amazing dentist. It is a honor for me to be one of his patients. It is obvious that he is highly educated, experienced board certified and many awards and acclaims. Which I respect each and everyone of them. In office, he is patient centric, ensuring that educates his patients on the process of the procedure that he is about to administer. He also ensure that his patients are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He continually paused to check on me to make sure I was doing fine. What was striking to me was he shared with me the details of what he was doing and where I was hearing the sounds I heard. He is amazingly efficient & detailed. At 7:25pm, I was driving to the aquatic center and my phone rang. It was Dr. Todd Newton, I was in awe, simply in awe. I expressed my gratitude for his call which he appreciated. However, he made that call about my well being. I'm thankful that I was introduced to Dr. Todd Newton. If you have the privilege to experience Dr. Todd Newton for your dental needs. I have been coming here for at least 20 years. My favorite dental tech is Tiffany! She does the best job. She pays attention to detail and is thorough . She takes her time and makes sure she doesn’t hurt my teeth. Thank you!!!!

Great and friendly staff. Dr.Timpson himself made feel welcomed and comfortable while explaining everything to me with great understanding. I was also seen at the time appointment was set for, which also made my visit a great experience. I’m happy that I chose Vibrant Dental.
