Via Verde Dental

I finally found a dental office that is all about their patients and not the $$$. The staff is amazing, and you can feel how much they love what they do. It took me years to find a dental office that I truly love. I am happy to refer everyone I know to them.

When you watch someone who is exceptional in what they do, there is an ease in which they make things seem effortless, this is always how I feel during any work I have had done at Via Verde Dental. I’ve been a patient here for decades, when it was just Dr. Jeong Sr., as has my entire family. Even when some of my family moved out of the area they still go out of their way to visit VVD for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Foon & now Dr Jeong’s Son and Daughter in law. The office is clean, very well run, all staff and fantastic people, who consistently provide a level of personalized care, of which I will simple say Thank You!

My experience at Via Verde Dental was a first rate experience! I feel that I have been welcomed into their family. My dental issue was identified; a plan of action formed; and using state-of-the-art equipment, Dr. Erica Jeong fabricated and placed a crown over my tooth. Later in the evening, Dr. Craig Jeong followed-up with me via text asking how I was doing. Only one thing could have made my experience better: I wish that Via Verde Dental was in-network for my Cigna insurance. When trying to make an appointment with my assigned HMO dentist, they would not answer the phone nor call me back.

The best dental office ever! The Doctors and staff make everyone feel so comfortable and welcomed. Our family loves this office. They are so professional and truly care for their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Jeong Sr forever…probably 1 of his first patients! Now, his clone, Dr Jeong Jr., is carrying on the practice and he is just like his Dad. Absolutely First Class with every detail. I would also add, the office is run so efficiently…on time always with office reminders of one’s appointment etc. Such a breath of fresh air. I wish they could give office management classes to every professional office in California…Imagine!

This office meets all expectations in all areas by far, from dentists to staff ... all are super nice. I'm so happy my friend recommended this place. I am very happy working with them.
