Honestly most of the people are very nice we just had the same lady a bunch of the visits that was rude. We had trouble with the wire not staying in place and made extra trips to have fixed and cut. She got very defensive and told me that it’s not because of something they did that it never happens. I’m son is very careful with what he eats and doesn’t mess with them if he can help it. You use your mouth everyday to eat and talk things can go wrong and sometimes it is the kids fault and sometimes it’s not but to be more respectful to the person coming in there could of been a better way to react. Our visits are also very rushed. I have met the orthodontist four times in the last year of coming here. He is very nice and seems very knowledgeable

The professionals and staff at Dr. Vayda and McMahon's office are exceptional! You can tell that they are passionate about getting their patients the care that they need. I have had to reschedule several appointments (due to different health related reasons on my end) and they follow through and work with my schedule in order to keep my children on the right track to straight teeth. They are truly a blessing in our lives!

The staff and doctors at Vayda McMahon Orthodontist are incredible. They have been a dream to work with during my experience with braces. They are very helpful, informative and go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during each office visit. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Vayda is a really great Orthodontist. We have been seeing him for many years now and have always been very happy with how we have been treated. When something has gone wrong with the braces we are able to just stop in any day and there is always someone available to fix the problem. The whole office/staffing is great and we could not be more happy. Dr. Vayda also is very active in supporting the community and that matters to me.
