Vaya Dental - Garner Station

The care and service was great in the BACK, it’s the FRONT that I and my family have and had the issues with. I have expressed my concerns to them so I’m surprised they are sending me a request for a public review. Honestly, I wish them nothing but good. I hope they fix all that’s putting a bad or negative impression to their customers. I don’t like to spread negativity so I leave you with positivity and encouragement. Training staff on body language, communication, etc goes along way. If they don’t know go ask for help and don’t assume. Stay positive because people will match your energy and if they do, you may not be able to handle it. So stay positive, keep your word, and make sure you give out correct information. Stay blessed and good luck ??

They did cancel on me and my siblings appointment a few times. But when you get there, they always make me feel comfortable. i always leave with a healthy good looking smile.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me since the check in. The dictum and assistants explained very well what was going on. Thanks to Vaya Dental.

We had a very pleasant experience for my daughter. and the Doctor were amazing and extremely patient with her getting adjusted to everything.she had an amazing first dental appointment, and thanks to their kindnesses!

My daughter had her very first dental appointment and apparently they don't allow for two parents to go back in with the child. They completely ruined the dental experience for newcomers. Please do yourself a favor and take your children to offices where BOTH parents and siblings can be present not just one family member. This is absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional and rude staff. The really do not care about families. Sanford pediatric dentistry allows up to three children simultaneously and both parents to be there, do yourself a favor and find an actual pediatric office.

I am a new patient that has always been terrified of the dentist. From the ladies at the front desk, the hygienist, Doctor and all the staff, made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. I am so grateful that I found this office and looking forward to continue my treatments here.
