Great and informative staff. Not to mention kind and considerate with a nervous patient. Highly recommend the staff at Vaughn Family Dental. Happy to have a dental plan to move forward with this office. Wonderful experience, am thankful for the ease of my visit.

Sorry, I have to go against the grain here in offering a low rating. I used this dentist for several years & was always satisfied. But last year I was scheduled for cleaning/xrays, & the front office wanted payment. My insurance company covers such services but apparently I had used the yearly allowance. Maybe I'm naive at 75 years old but I assumed the staff would keep track of its patients' insurance coverage. I had to pay over $200 for a service I would not have scheduled if I had known. This week I received a call from a dental assistant saying I had an appointment that I didn't remember making, but could rescheduled. I did NOT receive an earlier reminder phone call. The receptionist hit me with a $50 charge for missing the appointment & said I should call back to make another one. Well, no matter how much I have enjoyed going to Vaughn Dentistry, I can't go back any more. On Social Security, this $50 cut into my grocery shopping this week for the 4th of July. Have any patients received notice of this charge for missing an appt.? If not, please be aware of it.

The most pleasant Dental experience I've had in a long time. The office personnel were friendly and kind. My hygienist was very personable and explained everything. The Dentist was kind and knowledgeable . Thanks ladies!!

I have been going to this office since I was a small child and always love my experience. Natalie has taken care of my teeth for over 8 years now. A visit to the dentist is always a good experience with this team.

I was definitely nervous about going to the dentist as I hadn’t been in many years. I read the reviews for this office and was thoroughly impressed. I booked my appointment and I can say 5 stars just isn’t enough, if I could give more I would. The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest and very helpful while checking in/scheduling future visits. I absolutely love and adore Natalie and would recommend her to anyone. I felt extremely comfortable and at home during my entire visit with her. She eased my anxiety and talked me through everything she would be doing. She explained thoroughly what my teeth needed and set up a game plan for giving me a healthy smile I will love once again. She made the visit very personable. Dr. Vaughn was nice as well. She was very quick and to the point (as you’d expect the doctor to be) not as thorough at explaining as Natalie though unfortunately however still a good experience. Overall, if you’re looking for a judgement free, extremely friendly, caring, and professional dentist to go to, I will always strongly recommend this office and especially Natalie. I am proud to become a patient here and look forward to seeing these ladies again!!
