I had a root canal done in June of 2024, long story short I have severe anxiety as I have a hard time staying numb when having a root canal or a crown procedures. I always leave in tears as the novacane wears off very quickly for me, infact I have been told "I can't give you any more" by a dentist before. Varun Singh and his assistant (I cant remember her name) they were the best they took such good care of me. They gave me a different kind of novacane and it worked, I didnt feel anything. In fact his assistant even wrote down the novacane and the amount they used so I have that information for future procedures. There was one time I felt pain and Mr. Singh stopped took care of the nerve problem and his assistant held my hand until he was done. I can't say enough, how wonderful they were. I want to say thank you to both of them. I never felt rushed or that they didn't care. My experience was amazing and I didn't cry once. Thank you!
I chose Dr Singh because of his great reviews so I had myself referred to him because my dentist said I needed a root canal. Instead of just performing one, he tested my tooth first and it was still alive and tested well to cold so I'll only need a permanent molar and crown. So I am more impressed with him because he didn't just perform the root canal but is super careful and puts patients first. My husband needs about 3 root canals and he's definitely going to go to him.
Very professional and thorough. Found that my tooth was perfectly healthy with a three-root anomaly and no root canal needed. Great. Both Dentist and assistant were very good and explained everything in easy to understand terms.
My dentist made a referral to this dentist back in July. I never heard from them. I saw my dentist in September & he resent a referral. It took 3 weeks for them to finally call me. When I asked why they never called me back in July they said my dentist never sent a x-ray they needed. When I saw this dentist last week they told me the X-ray my dentist sent wasn’t good enough so they took another x-ray. More money!! Then the dentist actually has an injured hand & can’t work on me for at least 4 weeks. I’m very frustrated with my experience
I was very happy with Dr. Singh & his assistant. However, Carrie working the front desk was unprofessional & unpleasant to say the least. I have MA w/dental benefits from my county she refused to take my pmi # from me, she told me I was inactive which I knew was incorrect as the cty is the ones who referred me to this location. I had to call the cty for a 3rd time to confirm benefits, then had to call the dental # on back of my card and I had to have delta dental rep call Carrie to tell her my pmi # & inform her that I am active. All because Carrie didn't want to listen to me. I have worked in healthcare for 20 yrs. This was the worst experience I've ever had & Carrie seemed unwilling to help someone on assistance. I work for a living this is the 1st time in my life I have needed help & it's only because my daughter has a disability. I felt shamed & honestly even though I like Dr. Singh I will not return while Carrie is working the front desk there. I help people everyday on assistance and I would never make them feel the way she made me feel.
