Doctor was great. Staff does not pay attention, the girl that vaccinated my baby was listening to music on her earphones, I COULD HEAR HER MUSIC. She didn’t put the band-aid right. ? I wasn’t finished with my paperwork , they seemed in a rush, it was pretty empty there. I left and nobody asked me for my paperwork..

I absolutely love this place. The staff are always so kind. My baby’s doctor is Brenda Nguyen. She really cares about her patients & is so informative & patient with every question we have ! 10/10

Very nice staff and are fast checking in the lady that checked me in was very courteous and helpful even though I couldn't hear her she was very nice ???

Worst clinic I’ve ever been too. They argued about giving a doctors statement when it was so easy. It took almost an hour to even be seen. When finally got back there, there wasn’t even anyone in the back. So, what was the hold up! The doctor acting inexperienced on baby’s running a fever and when they can return to daycare. They gave us the run around. Not going back and wouldn’t recommend!

It was my first time going to the Lafayette location. My daughter saw Dr Cheng and she loved her. The 2 girls in the Pod 1 reception are very nice and helpful. They helped me set up MyChart, I constantly seen the girls sanitizing which I loved especially during this season.

Front Desk ladies are very nice and helpful! Dr. Cahill is a great Physician and I highly recommend any anyone with children to go see her for care.

Staff needs to be trained better or something the ones that check you in half of the time look confused the urgent care always says they are booked or don’t have space when they are open till 7 I went at 3pm and they told me they were book for the rest of the day no one was in there I don’t like this or strakas locations for urgent care they never have space
