This dental clinic has been amazing for both me and my husband! The entire team is so friendly and accommodating. The administrative staff are always helpful, especially when I have questions or need an appointment on short notice—they go out of their way to find a time that fits my schedule. The dentist is wonderful—kind, professional, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. My husband and I both feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent care!

I visited Vancouver Dental Clinic for the first time for cleaning and a check up and i have to say, it was an amazing experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming, I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist provided a fantastic experience and treatment. She informed me of the process from start to finish. I felt comfortable the whole time. As a first time visitor, I received a Starbucks gift card as a welcome and thank you. This was thoughtful and I have not experienced this anywhere else! Thank you, Vancouver Dental Clinic. I am glad that I chose this to be my dentist. 10/10 experience and highly recommend!

I recently visited Vancouver Dental Clinic at 6964 Victoria Drive for the first time for dental scaling, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly pleasing and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was gentle and provided amazing treatment, along with a few helpful suggestions on how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. The attention to detail and care truly stood out. To top it off, I received a Starbucks gift card as a thank-you token, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Vancouver Dental Clinic, for a 10/10 experience! Highly recommend!

I visited the clinic in December and was treated by the owner Benson Fung in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Comments like, "Let me ask you: are you a doctor or a dentist?", "It's not normal for patients to have questions about their teeth,", "I've wasted my time answering your questions when you shouldn't have any,", and "It's been a bad month; honestly, I don't need to do anything today," were completely inappropriate. The experience was deeply disappointing and far below acceptable standards for a clinic in the service industry. Service is a critical part of their work, and patients should never be treated poorly or disrespected for asking questions about their health. Asking questions is a fundamental part of building trust with any healthcare provider—it’s that simple. I’m sharing this honest experience to help others avoid wasting their time considering this clinic. Update: On top of that, this is the most expensive clinic in Vancouver compared to all the others I called. Unfortunately, I was too busy to book with a different clinic since my partner had already submitted our insurance information, and it was near the end of the year. My honest advice: DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. You’ll end up paying the highest prices for the worst service imaginable.

My hushand and I had to visit them a couple of times this year and last. The latest being for a tooth fracture and when we called to ask if they can see us urgently, they immediately told us to come in. Dominica and the front desk team are amazing. They are always courteous, supportive and put the patients needs first. Their assistance has always been top notch and the team of Doctors and the medical team has always been fantastic! Highly recommend them!
