They were rude to my wife and injured her bottom lip. They gave her so much local anesthetic that it numbed her tongue. Then they hollered at her because she was moving her tongue. She couldn’t even feel where it was it was so numb. Now I remember the dentist using an instrument to hold my tongue in place. I guess I’ll use that dentist instead. What’s more. They didn’t apologize for injuring her lip. They didn’t even bring it up or offer a discount on the bill. I paid over $1,200.00 out of pocket. Deplorable.

Sep 17, 2024 · William LittleI have been lucky to go to HOLLY for years. I drive 3 hours to go to her. I am the world’s worst gagger and always dreaded going to the dentist until I went to HOLLY. I always do sedation dentistry. You sleep through your visit to the dentist and do not have to worry about your visit. I tell everyone if they need dental work to make the trip to Sioux Falls and see HOLLY. You won’t regret it.

Always asked if I was okay during the whole time I was in the chair!! She never made me feel bad about the stuff I needed to work on. She is a great one! Glad to have her as my dental hygienist. Will always recommend her!
