I gave Dr Van Gordon a new name " The Great Detective " After experiencing two weeks of pain and seeing three dentists , he found the problem tooth in less than ten minutes. I will highly recommend him and debunk the claim that root canals are awful. I'm so happy with my outcome. . ?

I was referred to Dr. Greg Van Gordon by my dentist for a tooth that had been bothering me for a while and needed a root canal. My experience with his office was exceptional. From the time I called to make the appointment with Megan until check out the day of the root canal, everything went smoothly. First, I have to say that Megan, which booked my appointment and sent me the information was very pleasant and patient with me. She booked my consultation for the following week and sent me all the appropriate information needed for my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by Desiree, which gave me all the information of what the cost would be and gave me a breakdown as well. When I met Dr. Van Gordon I could tell right away that he had great bedside manners when he explained what needs to be done and what the process would be. I was expecting only to have a consultation that day, but he said he could take care of it at that moment and get rid of the pain I was having on my tooth. My root canal took less than an hour and I was on my way with no more pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Greg Van Gordon and his staff to all of my family and friends.

I been waiting 2 months now to see if my insurance would cover the cost for the x-rays. Periodically, I would call the office to see where it was at, and the response I would always get, that they are still waiting on my insurance to approve or denie the claim. Today, I come to find out, while been on a 3 way call with my insurance, that Van Gordon office NEVER even sent the claim to my insurance in the 1st place. They been lying to me, so I pay out of pocket. When I confronted, noting was done.

Credit to the entire staff! Clearly Dr Van Gordon is skill, graceful and has excellent bedside manner. I am NOT at all surprised to see so many raving reviews. I have NEVER left a dental office so happy and content. Excellent care and professionalism. I especially appreciate the cultural sensitivity and the bilingual staff. Dr VG answered all my questions in a manner that is easy to understand and the staff are always so willing to assist. I will happily recommend this team to anyone in need of quality, fast, and compassionate care. Truly, thank you team!

I very much dislike getting dental work done. Gives me bad anxiety but the professionals here at Van Gordon Endodontics are incredible at what they do. I was put as ease with his confidence and he inspired a lot of trust in his skills. It went very well and I am happy to have found him and this place. Thank you!

Had a root canal on a molar here today. I am unfortunately someone who requires more anesthetic than most and I also have a pretty severe adrenaline response to it. I told them this beforehand and they could not have been more kind and empathetic - they took me seriously, did everything they could to mitigate the response and took care to make the procedure as fast and painless as possible. They offered me headphones to play music during the procedure, which I declined but I thought was a really nice touch for people who are afraid of having dental work and the drilling noises. The front desk staff were also super nice and went out of their way to help me out with some questions about my insurance. A great experience, I’d use them again without hesitation.
