(This update is the day after review was posted): I did get a call back later yesterday and also today before I had the chance to respond and connect with the dentist. She was very patient in explaining the problem and what the next steps should be for my mom. Changing review stars to three. Thanks! —— Very disappointing experience recently. I’ve had nothing but great experiences either my kids at this place but with my older mom it was the opposite. She’s wanting to have her tooth extracted and has been in pain for two days now. We were told we would get a call back from the dentist today but never got a call back even after calling the office twice. And tomorrow’s Saturday and the dentist won’t be available so she has to sit through this pain for the entire weekend now without knowing what the next steps are. Was expecting better from this office . May have to find another local dentist now.

Best experience I have had at any dentist. Excellent communication, gentle approach, detailed information, and genuine compassion. I am very thankful for this experience and am looking forward to going here for all my dental needs!

Woke up with 1/2 my face blown up on a Saturday morning from an abscess. Found Valley View online and a very helpful and understanding Katie had an appointment for me two hours later. Dr and staff all very friendly and helpful and super compassionate. Clean, welcoming office

I love Dr. Rhim, my hygienist Denisse and the helpful staff at Valley View Dental. Dr. Rhim is professional and efficient; and has been our family dentist for many years. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist.

My hygienist Denise was amazing! She explained step by step everything she was doing and why. She took time to answer all my questions and offered great advice on the care of my teeth.
