A "Smiling" experience! I admit: not an easy patient re: dentistry... Thankfully, Dr. Barba and her team were an answer to my prayers! The atmosphere is calming and the services were first-class service involving my needs and concerns. So happy i am now with Dr. Barba and staff-- amazing!

Dr. Barba is an amazing dentist, she really makes the experience relaxing. I’ve been going to her for 12 years now. I highly recommend her. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help you. The office is immaculate, also very relaxing with a spa like atmosphere.

Dr. Valerie Barba is an excellent woman and dentist! I went to her with a problem that was solved with a conservative procedure which was indeed very successful. I am very appreciative of the knowledge/talent of the very kind Dr. Barba, as well as her very skilled hygienist, and the lovely staff. Make a call to the beautiful office for your dental needs!

I was a new patient to Dr. Barba's practice. I thought the Dr. was amazing, caring and knowledgeable. I had to have a perio scaling and prior to the procedure the office staff did a predetermination of expenses with my insurance and I was told it would be at most $125 because the antibiotic needed was not covered and as a result I moved forward with the procedure. I received a bill for over $700 and was told to ignore as they were still filing with my insurance (I have primary and secondary policies both excellent). At that time it was also reiterated by the office staff that the bill should be no more than $125 as quoted prior to the procedure. Several weeks later I received another bill for over $300. Again I called the office and began documenting my conversations as I was told they would have the doctor call me. Today 9.23 I received an email from one of the office staff stating "the perio scaling and antibiotic applied to the inflamed area, which was of concern to the doctor and immediate attention was needed, not allowing for what I claim to have happened with the pre-determination." This is not accurate and a lie as I knew prior to making the appointment it was inflamed and I needed an antibiotic. The procedure was not done on the same day of finding out I needed the perio scale, it was scheduled weeks later. Mistakes happen and all I am looking for is some accountability by the office staff and what was communicated PRIOR to the procedure being done. I repeatedly ask to speak to the Doctor and to date have not been able to get past the office staff. I hope this review makes it way to the doctor as she seems reasonable and professional.
