The dental work done was efficient and quality, however, the front office staff have the tact and integrity of Vegas bookies. They cannot provide accurate statements or straight answers. I had to contact them multiple times to get an itemized bill on two occasions, and what I was told did not reflect what I paid for. These people are con artists with poor communication skills, don't waste your money here

1. Both dentists are very pushy with mouthguards. I told them no several times and instead of respecting my decision, they said they’ll bring it up next time again. Just felt very scummy.2. The hygienist who did the cleaning was not well trained. It hurt a lot more than it needed to be.3. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. The way the dentist talked to her was also unbecoming. They didn’t bother to check for a follow appointment and had very little idea about insurance.

Blocked from Zocdoc - the clinic doesn’t stay honest.Booked an appointment through Zocdoc and was never honored. Zocdoc keeps sending reminders as well as called to confirm. The clinic says they’ve not “integrated well” with Zocdoc. Well, if you can see the appointment but wouldn’t care to call/confirm or cancel on Zocdoc, I’ve to assume it’s the clinic at fault. Is your reception so understaffed?I went back home with “no appointments are available” (2 weeks out is not an answer). Not an attempt at trying to make up for it, just a blame game on Zocdoc. Wasted half a Monday, a $20 parking, a workday half day holiday and pet daycare for all for this!Note that the doctor’s office did mark this as a “no show” AFTER my visit. further creating issues with my ZocDoc account. I’m happy to not have my insurance details delivered to them. Clearly unethical & made up with straight up lies.

I had a very good first experience at Valencia Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and welcoming office space. The staff was very friendly, and their app made the whole new patient process smooth and easy. The technicians were thorough and attentive, and the dentist I saw took the time to explain everything to me about my treatment plan without making me feel rushed. They answered all my questions and reassured me throughout the visit. I felt comfortable and confident in their care that I plan to schedule appointments for my whole family. Very happy to have found them!

Been coming here for a few years. Service is reliable and efficient. They always do a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Also got a great, affordable night guard from them. Highly recommend.

My first time there, delightful experience. Everyone was so friendly, and I really liked Dr. Urribe. He was very gentle, down to earth, gave lots of good pointers. I am all set up there, made a treatment plan, now I’m ready to make an appointment for my son. Thanks, Valencia Dental!

Hands down this is the best dentist I’ve been to in the last three years (out of four practices). It was super easy to book an appointment and fill out intake paperwork online. The staff was attentive and patient with confirming my insurance coverage and addressing my fear of dentists. Dr Lee and I had an illuminating and helpful conversation about my health and she even went over my x rays with me in detail, answering every question with care. This dentist is not here to milk you for $ or add ons! They are the first dentist to recommend prescription toothpaste/mouthwash as a preventative measure… makes me wonder about the quality of dentist I’ve seen under Guardian all these years…
