Dr. Nick is the best and so is Anna one of the technicians. Gabby works the front desk. She’s always friendly, smiling always helpful and always accommodating. They get me in as soon as possible. I love this place and I would never go to another Dentist! Highly recommend!

Loved Nick and the young lady he was working with. I have a big fear with dentist but he made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything and made sure i was okay while explaining every step he was doing. Even made me laugh! They got me in the same day and did everything they could to make sure i was okay. Only compliant i have is someone sent my meds to the wrong cvs and when i got out the place was closed so i was in pain that night and they said they do that often so always double check what pharmacy they put but other then that 10/10 recommend

Best hands down! If you’re looking for a dentist look no further. I found by just looking for whoever could get my son in first for tooth pain, since his dentist couldn’t fit for over 3 weeks, and he got in right away. They’re so good that now we both go there regularly. Can’t say enough good things. All amazing there but shout out Christina, Anna, and of course Dr Nik who make my appointments quick and painless. My son (who’s on the spectrum) sees Dr Ajmal and makes it the best experience he can. Everyone really cares about all their patients and are passionate about what they do, which makes a huge difference. Will never go anywhere else unless we have to.

We were traveling through the area from another state when our son developed a severe toothache. We called in the morning and were able to have him evaluated same day. Dr. Nik and dental assistant Anna identified an area of deep decay which had been missed and allowed to progress by our home dentist. He offered an antibiotic to help until we were able to get back to our home dentist for root canal treatment, and offered the option of treatment at his office during an open appointment in a few days. However, due to a cancellation, he was able to do it later that afternoon, which we elected. UrgentDent is out-of-network with our insurance, but the staff quickly investigated and presented us with clear detail about coverage and charges. They also reviewed the x-rays and provided copies for us and our home dentist. The root canal treatment resolved the issue for our son, and we were grateful for such cordial and competent care in a time of need.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called a month ago about getting my dentures replaced. I asked about my insurance and was quoted a price of under 300. I get there today and am told it’s 800. I’m stunned I called them before coming and had read that my insurance in fact did cover dentures. I wanted an exact price so there would be no surprises. I was told upon arriving that the insurance doesn’t typically cover the front teeth. I was told they can’t verify my insurance it might be the price I was quoted over the phone it might be the price I was quoted there. They never ran my insurance before, according to my insurance company. Which was th whole point in me calling. It’s just a bad way to do business, if I call for a quote a month prior they could have explained the process told me they didn’t know. OR and this is a novel idea, run my insurance a month ago when I called and gave me an accurate quote. Instead someone was lazy and didnt do their job lied to me and screwed me in the process. I am devastated. And the crazy part is they called me back with the quote Today The lady kept saying well you can pay the 30% and we’ll see. I’d be out 200 and still have no teeth because someone on their staff is incompetent and a liar. I walked out.
