This place should not be in business. I called and spoke to Jordan, who was nice. She set me up with an appointment after I jumped through hoops about a referral in which I had and providing insurance. Then they decided the referral wasn’t good enough and wanted to double book me an appointment with a dentist and then the surgeon to make sure I needed an extraction. Lol. Okay, whatever, you want more money. Let’s do it, I’m in pain and want this to be over. Then they call everyday for 3 days to remind of appointment. The day before appt they call and say they can’t honor the appointments unless I pay out of pocket, said my insurance isn’t covered there. When they already verified my insurance. Said if it was Medicare they could do it. I’m effin blown away. Crazy. Then I come to leave a review and see this is the way they operate. They are on the level of the irs, insurance companies, and the housing market. TRASH. -7 stars if I could.

My appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Kuschner as I was referred by my dentist to him for my severe tmj issues. After waiting two months to see him, which was not ideal but understandable, I was placed with Dr. Garza. I let them know that my referral was for D. Kushner but was input incorrectly and they presumed because my note said TMJ that I was to be with her (apparently she is the specialist here). Confused, I still had my appointment with her, however the only insights gained from my visit was related to my bone “always being this way.” I was also asked if I brought my mouth guard, which I had not because that wasn’t information shared with me in preparation for my appt. One of the workers gave me a “yikes” look when I told her I did not have it sadly, which made me feel like I had done something wrong and I am a brand new patient, might I add. To end, Dr. Garza told me that they are going to reschedule me with an appt with Dr. Kuschner for the end of May. I expressed that I had taken off work for this appointment to be seen by him and I was unable to take any more days off in May as I am a school teacher. They scheduled me for early June. I am very disappointed at how this situation was handled. I have patiently waited two months for today and now I am back at the starting point, in pain, and can’t get in again until another month out. Really really disappointed in the lack of understanding and awareness of how this impacts someone’s time.

Horrible! When someone finally did answer the phone they were extremely nasty and absolutely no help at all. Just said no appointment available today and was annoyed when asked for appt in future. Like huh????Hung up on me when I matched their nastiness and attitude. Customer service goes a LONG way and I’d never allow them to treat me simply based on their horrible agents whom are the face of the company.

I have been trying to contact them for over 3 months now ☹️ I’m pregnant & have a tooth infection spreading and all I need is clearance and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Really makes me regret ever getting my teeth fixed because of situations like this
