I want to say what a great office staff. I stopped in hoping to find out what coverage my daughter had. She needs her wisdom teeth removed. Anther surgeon’s staff at another office was not so nice. Monique and Toni went over and above to research both of my daughter’s insurance. They gave us an estimate of what we would owe , which was considerably less than the other. Their help was tremendous. We will be making an appointment soon. I highly recommend this practice.

Drs were exceptional, its the front of the house is my issue, with the admin staff and the questionable billing practices. - I called them and said i was in pain and my face was swollen. Said we we see you on Tuesday for extraction. 3 days later. We are closed on Monday, veterans day. - My husband called and pleaded with them to have a better understanding should I be on antibiotic or speak to the oral surgeon. nope see you Tuesday. - then we called back and she said dr should have called you in a RX during your last visit, he did not, argumentative at best. - I then called back and said I don't have any guidelines or updates for what to do or costs. Response, oh don't eat anything after midnight and it will cost you $900 for anesthesia. I said $900 for just anesthesia, she said yes. no breakdown nothing. You would have thought someone would have called me the day PRIOR to oral surgery to give me guidelines. I had to call them. - I was in so much pain and the swelling was getting worse that I called my primary dentist to get his counsel. HIS staff had to call and force the front desk to call me in a prescription. the person has the nerve to say you didn't tell us that. Um, i called and my husband called. you weren't listening. incredibly rude - fast forward to day of simple extraction. that will be $900. I said this is all for anesthesia right because you know i have dental insurance, yes all for anesthesia, which i understood wasn't covered. - Dr Block was amazing everything went great, thank you!! Overall comments - The lack of customer service and addressing patient needs is unacceptable in a practice which most dentists and endodontists are recommending to patients. - However, the Drs of this practice need to know what is going on in the front of the house. from a clinical, billing issues and customer service perspective in addressing urgent needs. Unacceptable across the board for basic needs. - Multiple issues with the front desk not doing their job or what's going on or simply don't care bc the practice is so big. - i'm owed a hefty refund for services covered and will continue to follow up weekly with the practice until this is resolved.
Nov 26, 2024 · Deneen Georgette5 stars are not enough!! Being told by your general dentist that you have a fractured root and need an extraction, for me, was sad and scary. Talking with Toni at reception to make the appointment was the first step toward easing my anxiety, with her fun loving humor and prompt scheduling magic. Meeting Dr. Brown's staff of understanding, empathetic professionals set me more at ease and then came Dr. Brown. What a wonderful human being. He was fully present during my appointment, unrushed and listening to all my worries. He has an excellent bedside manner and a great sense of humor. We agreed on a plan and I could not be happier. Dr. Brown even went out of his way to personally call my pharmacy to make sure all prescribed meds would be available to me because we were heading into a weekend. Like I said, 5 Stars are Not Enough.
