I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental services from a student at the UIC College of Dentistry, and I was thoroughly impressed. The care and attention I received were exceptional. The student was knowledgeable, meticulous, and incredibly professional, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my appointment. It was evident that the education and training provided at UIC are top-notch, as reflected in the student’s confident and skilled approach. I left the clinic feeling very satisfied with the quality of service and would confidently recommend their services to others.

Hi all! Thanks for reading my reviews! This medical center is located in a convenient location and there is a metro station and paid parking nearby. This medical center helps many people who need help at no cost or at low cost. College students are trained on patients. Help and training are a great combination. The main disadvantage: there is a long queue, you can wait for an appointment with a doctor for more than a month. I would like to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my children!

Was shocked by how unwilling the scheduling staff was to help a new patient (my client) get scheduled for dentistry. I called 2 seperate times and spoke to two different women who were very rude and not wanting to help my client it seemed like, finding every excuse not to schedule an appointment for us and get off the phone. When i would ask questions trying to understand the referral process, both of them responded in a dismissive way and talking down to us for not knowing the process. It came off as lazy, rude and unprofessional. It is very sad this is the first encounter potential patients have is with these 2 schedulers who are representing such a well known school/college. Very unprofessional

I’ve decided to find dental care elsewhere. It’s ridiculous that you have to wait forever to be seen and then appointments are 3 hours long. Insanity! I need an extraction and a crown. They told me to reserve 3 hours for every appointment. I stayed 3 hours to examine my teeth and then I was told to come back another day for 3 hours to examine my gums. Insane. Looking for another facility asap.

My daughter was referred to the clinic three years ago for surgery. I took half a year to get a appointment. Now that she requires her follow ip to have her spacers inserted every call is over a hour hold time. I have been told over and over our supervisor has not opened the schedule to make appointments for October call next week here it is the 24th of September yet they are still not allowing appointments except for students according to the scheduler. We live three hours away and its hard enough to travel there to be seen. On top of that the lady says your daughter is only supposed to be seen by us as well until she turns 15. Somone needs to call me because this is ridiculous. We are just suppoto call every week on hold for hours to keep having to call back over and over
