Was such an exciting visit my hygienist Mina is absolutely amazing. She is the best hygienist I have ever had. She really takes care of my mouth and she cares. I feel so relaxed and amazed at how she takes care of me and the Pride that she puts in to, giving me information on how to keep my teeth and my mouth healthy if you need an hygienist, please check out university dental and associations and ask for Mina. She is absolutely amazing respect thank you Mina. Keep up the great work your loyal patient Mr. Poole

I would never recommend this dental practice to anyone. The front desk staff is rude and condescending, especially Keisha. I have been trying since May to get them to correct the way they billed my insurance for a service they didn’t provide. I have left at least 8 messages for the office/billing manager to call me back, and have never received a call back. I called again last week when we received a delinquent notice, when we should have a credit since my insurance paid for a service that wasn’t performed. I spoke with Lisa this time, and again was told that the manager was in a meeting and I needed to leave a message and he would call me back. Again, I never received a call back. I called again last week and spoke with Keisha. She laughed at me while I was speaking with her, and kept starting conversations with others, while I was speaking with her. She made me explain everything again even though I have spoken with her many times about this. She said she would give the manager my message. Knowing I would never get a call back, I contacted my insurance company, and they contacted them while I was on hold. Keisha told them that she would look into it, and they would speak again in 2 days. That never happened so I just started the process to have the claim reversed. This should never happen with providers. I know because I am an insurance specialist, and have been for over 30 years. And I see from other reviews the issues others have gone through. Shame on this practice.

I had a fantastic experience at UDA Interchange. I got an exam, cleaning, and fillings in the same week. Everyone was kind, caring and personable. I really appreciate Kayla, Nick, Tracy, Dr. Leeza and the receptionists for their help and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I had a cleaning here. I came an hour early for my appointment and they got me in 30 minutes early. The hygienist and assistant that did my cleaning/polishing were very nice and thorough! front desk folks were friendly too :)

I recently had a fantastic experience at Mena’s dental office. From the moment I arrived, September at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy. Her friendly attitude instantly made me feel comfortable. Mena was the one who cleaned my teeth, and she was exceptional! She was gentle, thorough, and made sure to explain everything she was doing along the way, which really put me at ease. I appreciated how detail-oriented she was. Mena and the entire team provided a top-notch experience, creating a warm and professional environment. If you’re looking for a dental office with a caring, knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend. I wouldn’t recommend UDA Dental, it was good at first time but then my 2nd appointment took so long, 3months to be exact! My original schedule was supposed to be in April 2 but got rescheduled to May 27th because the Dentist got sick, and then come May 27 they had to cancel it again because of the Memorial Day Holiday, which is negligence on the person who rescheduled me, why wouldn’t he know the Holidays ahead of time, so the nearest schedule for me was July 2nd. So finally I went, did cleaning, but honestly I was shocked on how quickly they’ve done it, I just know my teeth are a complicated ones and needs more thorough and detailed cleaning. I was expecting they would recommend Deep cleaning coz that’s what other Dentists in my previous place recommended me.
