Had my first visit here today and had the best experience! Brittany was so sweet and helpful with scheduling and very informative with what to expect during my first visit. Sara the Dental Assistant was also very sweet and so gentle when taking my X-rays. I can’t wait to start my treatment with Dr. Spence, he is so friendly and thorough with explaining my treatment. So happy I found my new dental home!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Spence’s for 10 years. He and his staff are always top notch. I never want to cancel/change a cleaning appointment (lol) bc they are scheduled so far in advance. When we have needed a change, they put us on the call list and work hard to get us in. My whole family uses them. I had an emergency on a Sunday years ago…Dr. Spence did not hesitate! Compassionate team!

I have been going to University Dental Assoc for over 30 years. The dentists are amazing and the front desk people are great also. All the hygienist are very good. They listen to every need that you have and accommodate you. I highly recommend them.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 12 years. I have a fear of the dentist.. going in today I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Spence is straight forward and will tell you exactly what needs to be done! He took the time to have a conversation with me instead of running off to other clients, he doesn’t make you feel like you’re not wanted even though the office was busy he had a conversation and made sure I was comfortable with the dental plans going forward! Thank you United Dental team!

I love the staff at University Dental! Dr. Spence is always so personable. Seems like an old friend I get to visit every 6 months.

Update to my previous review… My husband and I completed some of our treatment with Dr. Spence and we are so incredibly happy with our results! He is so gentle (I’m very sensitive) made us feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. His staff is also very friendly and very accommodating with scheduling. We highly recommend him! Great job by Dr Spence and staff. I just moved to Bryan in July and saw University Dental mentioned highly in an APP for our neighborhood. He explained everything in great detail as I asked questions. I actually learned a lot at my first appointment here today. Things no other dentist has ever mentioned to me and I’m nearly 63. Thank you University Dental for a great experience. I will be back!!

Was very fortunate to be able to get in with a serious dental problem. Dr Spence was great and was able to take care of the issue at hand. They worked well with the insurance I had and for being a first time patient the forms that were sent to me on line were easy to fill out. Highly recommend this dental office .
