Had an appointment for my husband and I and after 50 minutes of waiting we walked out. Worst experience ever for a practice of any kind. No one checked in. No one said very sorry but we have a longer than normal wait would you care to reschedule. We are business people with schedules and this practice had total disregard for our time. Additionally - while we waited - we listened as several people "checked in" for the same appointment time. How is that possible? Just awful

Dr.Tortiker is the best.. She has done everything to make sure I was happy. She made sure my teeth were perfect. She always shows compassion for others, as does the staff. I truly believe it bothered her at how bad the other place messed my teeth and gums up.. The rest of the staff there from the front desk to the techs is amazing as well.. The office is very clean & the atmosphere is calming and inviting... I highly recommend this location for all your dental needs. I live in Colonial Heights and drive here because they are truly the best at this location...

The receptionist was exceptional. I came in for a cleaning for my first appointment and then a follow up for two fillings. I was so nervous, but the staff was so kind and supportive. They eased my anxiety and really impressed me. I will definitely come back here!

Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone seeking dental services. My experiences with them are awful. Not sure if anyone here is actually experienced in this field as my interactions here are filled with those who actually don’t know how to do the job you’re paying them for. Want to make an appointment? Don’t worry, here they will make it a point to consistently call you last minute the day before to reschedule you because they “didn’t do an authorization with the insurance company first” even though the appointment is booked well in advance. Want a root canal? Don’t worry, they’ll make it a point to never answer the phone when your temporary crown falls out in order to get it put back on. But don’t worry, they’ll play like they’re oblivious to everything going on. I’d recommend going anywhere but here. Oh and let’s not forget that if you do get rescheduled, they’ll do you the honor of rescheduling you as far out as they can because of an error on their part. 0/10 customer service. I’m surprised this is even a running business if this is how they treat their customers.

I’ve gotten over 4 different procedures done at this location & every one of them was an enjoyable experience. As enjoyable as a dentist visit can be, of course. Fred was very friendly, personable & a great addition to the team. My dentist kept me informed throughout every process & stage we were in. 5 stars.
