The wait was a slight bit long, but Dr. Kar has a great attitude and my first visit was very positive. Going back in 2 weeks for a root canal to save a broken tooth. Staff was very polite.

Our experience has been nothing but the worst!!! I do have to say that the hygienists and dentists are great.... So sad that their front desk and bookkeeping personnel are awful. They are rude and disrespectful. My husband and I have tried to go there for over a year. We transferred to maintain our six month cleanings. The dentist recommended crowns, implants and partials for the two of us. We were told that those services would be submitted to our insurance company and they would get back to us. In the meantime they scheduled us for our next six month cleaning. No call, email or letter to share information about the recommended services. Today was our scheduled six month cleaning appointment. Mind you our phones, emails and texts have been all a buzz with reminders of our appointment, even a threat of a $50 charge if we did not arrive for our appointments. Upon arrival we were told that there was an attempt to call us (never received the call) to reschedule the appointment because the dentist no longer works on Tuesdays, only on Mondays!!!! we were told we could reschedule for an appointment in October... Why or why were we not told about this before today in one of the many communications??!! No Thank you! This is not how a dentist office should be run, maybe they have too much business???? We will help them out with that..... looking for a "credible" dentist. Thanks but No Thanks!

Very happy with my visits thus far. Polite staff great assistants and Ive met 2 of the dentists, both very great. Clean. Efficient and personable. Lovely office, glad I made the decision to make them my dentists!

I usually go here but my last appointment i got my teeth cleaned, and Dr. Carr drilled/cut into my gums with the drill cleaner. And when the lady was polishing my teeth she burnt my lip with the brush because she “was trying to hurry” because a minute earlier she was told to take lunch when she was done with me.

Dr. CAR MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE AT MY BIG GROWN AGE ? I ALWAYS FEARED THE DENTIST MY 1ST CLEANING WAS GREAT AND I CAN SEE THE BIG DIFFERENCE ....THANK YOU UNITED SMILES FOR THE FAST APPT

This location is terrible! The front desk staff is sullen and resents having to help - consistently. Every time I've been in there. It doesn't matter what time your appointment is expect to wait at least an hour and a half. Once you're in the chair expect to wait at least another half hour. Someone came in to clean my teeth and it was the fastest, laziest dental cleaning I've ever had in a long life. He completely ignored the plaque. Good luck if you need insurance authorizations. Plan on taking care of those yourself. The only thing missing to make it the perfect experience is a plague of locusts. And the actual dental care? Run. Don't walk.

The dentist was great! No complaints about him at all. He explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. The woman that polished and flossed my teeth rushed and skipped most of my teeth. That was the only disappointing part of the whole visit. That’s an important part though. She was either just rushing or she wasn’t properly trained.

Updated to add, I have been going here for months now, a lot of dental work to be done and they have been nothing but friendly, kind and professional. Super customer service and very very happy with all the services I have received. They have a patient for life :)
