I don't write a lot of reviews, but this is one long overdue: I've been coming to Dr. Negru's office for years, and he's always taken great care of me. TBH I had a pretty significant fear of dental work from prior experiences. Early on, I had a lot of work to be done and old work that needed to be replaced. Dr. Negru and his staff helped me overcome that fear and now I set up appointments without trepidation. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone I know in need of dental care.

This is a wonderful place to experience calmness and caring for one who has dental phobia!! From front desk staff to Bree, Hygienest. Bree rescued my teeth from advanced gum disease years ago. She did not judge me and educated me, so I have kept my teeth!! She is an invaluable member of my overall medical team. I love you, Bree!?

I was going to go in and get on as a new patient, but upon arrival, the owner of this business does not keep up the appearance on the outside of the building. Trash everywhere, needles, and foils from drug users. If you're going to own a business, at least clean up in front of your business. I would not go to a business that charges an arm and a leg for care but can't even clean up in front of their own business. Photos to come. I'm going to go back after they close to take pictures. Edit: sorry sir I think you must be thinking of someone else. I was just trying to visit your establishment. Unfortunately, one of the needles in your parking lot punctured the tire on my wheelchair. Also the fact that you do not have an ADA accessible door. Forgot to add my photos last night. I can't speak to the level of care but I can say be careful a needle does not puncture your tire pulling into the parking lot.

I went to the place for regular checkup and I was also a little bit worried about one of my molar teeth. I also have another molar that I did root canal (somewhere else) but no crown. What I specifically requested was for him to check that molar that I have a little bit of concern, but all he focused on was the crown topic and hygenist that he was trying to sell. Now I actully have an issue with the molar I raised concern about (and he ignored). Obviously crown and hygenist with deep cleening make him more money...Never returning to this place. The whole operation looked sketchy to me. Response to bussiness owner reply: That is not true. I called the next day the schedule was set for hygenist and cancelled the next day (which was weeks before the scheduled time). I don't know how that would disrupt the scheduling. This shows how entitled and unprofessional the bussiness owner is in response to a criticism. I bet they also invest in paying for fake 5 star reviews!!!!

I would highly recommend Ultimate Smile Dental Care I've had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Negru as well as all his staff. They are all pleasant and eager to help educate and answer questions on dental health, and do not seem to push any unnecessary procedures like some do. Special thanks to Bree who did an amazing job with my deep cleaning and made me feel comfortable and pain free during the whole procedure.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
